The front desk staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! Samera also is nice and very friendly and professional she made me feel home From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel incredibly welcome. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference in my overall experience. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service

Location was great, the 3 bedroom apartment is huge and has a total of 5 bathrooms in it and big living area and dining table, the apartment has all the facilities needed for the stay, excellent and lovely reception staff thank you so much, there is a huge parking garage which is connected to the hotel by elevator and it is free of charge during the stay. All in all i have a lovely stay

I booked this hotel as the reviews indicated that it was a family friendly hotel. This was true and the rooms were spacious to accommodate families and couples. What I particularly liked was the layout of the rooms as they seemed more like an apartment with the availability of a kitchenette and a washing machine/ dryer. Additionally, the cleaning staff were phenomenal, as the room was cleaned and tidied daily, and the dishes were washed and stored well. There was a spa place within the property and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our foot massages.

Spacious one bedroom unit. Modern TV. Comfortable furniture. Good water pressure for shower. 2 balconies with pool view, one large one open to the sun and one shaded and private one. Many elevators convenient for going up and down to the underground carpark. Well-equipped and modern kitchen. I didn't use the facilities but they looked great. 5 minutes walking distance to the King Hamad University Hospital where I was getting treatment. 10-minutes' drive to the airport. 7-minutes walking distance to a new shopping strip with several fast-food outlets, Coffee-shops and supermarket.

Almost all nice and clean, the apartment is big enough for 7 persons. There is kitchen and food table, living room. Just like you are in your luxury home. Evening is complete in the apartment.

Lunch specials were great. Also dinner menu was good. Staff all went out of their way to please. Fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch. Hotel is close to the old city of Muharraq - nice for wandering.

Extremely professional staff. Starting from the bellhop to reception to housekeeping. Clean premises. Large rooms. Ample parking. Comfy beds & pillows. Special mention of the reception staff Khulood who made check in easy and quick & guided us to the elevator as well. Everyone around was chirpy and ready to help. It’s shows employees are taken care by the management. One of the best hotel stays I have had in Bahrain. Keep up the great work guys.

Amazing hotel, really modern and facilities were lovely. Priya was at the front desk and was very helpful with check in and accommodating for my late check out request. The room type I chose wasn’t available when I arrived so I got offered a free upgrade and the room was lovely! Felt like home away from home - but better. They thought of everything in terms of what you might need (kitchen supplies and utensils) and they were very attentive 24/7. There’s a little store for any grocery necessities you might have in the hotel itself and another supermarket a 5 min walk away. They do still offer room service if you’d rather not cook and the food is good.
